Welcome to my recipe page. All the recipes here are ones that I have tried myself. Some I have been using for years and don't know where I got them, some are variations of standard well known recipes, others are provided by my wife, my mother, and friends. One of my goals is to preserve traditional North Indian recipes that I grew up with. In any case, keep checking as I plan to keep adding more. Feel free to use or distribute them as much as possible.
